Product Application MY series molding press is used for forming the plastic plate in the filter machine. The pressmachine adopt the eight side slideblock oriented institution which can improve the smoothness ofthe plate. Main Features
1. The molding press has a welded frame made of 80mm steel plates, reinforced with 50mm plates. The work table moves vertically.
2. Adjustable T-slots on the upper/lower tables are fastened with M24 bolts; max distance between tables: 980mm+.
3. The upper table moves downward fast initially, slows steadily, then increases pressure via the main oil cylinder. Approaching/return speeds: >200mm/s and >100mm/s (adjustable). A positioning device is required.
4. Four sliding guides ensure parallelism of the work tables.
5. Closing time: 0-120 minutes. Includes an alarm bell. Pressure release and ram return are manual.
6. The electrical system (PLC controller) enables inching, auto compression, pressure maintenance (motor stops to save energy), pressure compensation (via a small motor), emergency stop, and manual/auto ram return after pressure maintenance.
7. The hydraulic system uses valves (Beijing Huade), high-pressure pumps, and manifolds. An oil tank on top compensates hydraulic oil during fast downward movement.
